How can I upload my profile to the event website?
We upload / update your profile to our website as soon as you send us your details, together with your photo (send us a photo in high resolution, image file format - JPG/EPS, 300 dpi). Please view the Bio, Headshot & Synopsis section on the Speaker Portal Home page

Does Clarion Energy provide speaker honoraria?
Clarion Energy is unable to provide speakers honoraria.

Which audiovisual equipment will be available in the Summit rooms?
There will be audiovisuals ready for contributors in the Summit area (laptop, projector, screen, laser pointer and microphone). Should you have any special requests for additional audiovisual equipment, contact us at aman@itenmedia.in.

When will I need to submit the final presentation?
You have to upload your presentation via our DropBox link below.

When will I be able to check my presentation?
Once you have collected your badge at the registration area in the event venue, you can check your presentation at the Speaker HQ.

In the Speaker HQ, we will give you the directions to the Summit room/area and you can check your presentation. Please report to the session location where you are scheduled 20 minutes before your session is due to start.

As a contributor, can I provide my colleagues and network discounted rates to attend the Summit?
Yes, we can supply links to allow you to send onto your network to enable them to receive complimentary passes to the event. To gain these links please contact us at aman@itenmedia.in.

How can I promote the event among my network?

What is the difference between the Summit Programme and Hub Sessions Programme?
